If it still doesn't work with "handlemouse=true" then scroll down in ddraw.ini and delete all the presets for other games (It could be that a preset for another game is conflicting with Diablo II). Your settings look good for Diablo II, make sure you have "handlemouse=true" set, otherwise "maintas" will be ignored in fullscreen. Tonio: Hello FunkyFr3sh, I was really suprised, that cnc-ddraw is possible to use for different games, not only for cnc games.
